- We make every effort to deliver email confirmations to you concerning
order receipt and status updates. However, many spam filters and email service
providers may prevent these automatic emails from being delivered.

Frame Shop.
Similarly, upon placing an order, you should receive 2 emails. One from PayPal confirming that they
processed your transaction and another from The Stitch 'N Frame Shop containing your order

- Shipping
- Your items will be shipped to you according to your specification on the
"Delivery Information" screen (part of your check out process).
- Please note that your order shipment time depends on
item availability.
- If part of your order is "backordered", we will contact you via email to determine
your wishes. We can ship a partial order, or hold your items until the order is complete.
It is YOUR choice.
- We make every effort to process orders in a timely fashion and will keep
you updated on your order status as it moves through the process.
- We are not responsible for delivery times via your selected service provider.
- EFFECTIVE 2/25/2009: All shipments are shipped with a Delivery
Confirmation number.
Due to slow shipments by the USPS and our decision to NOT charge a fee to purchase delivery confirmation we
have selected to change our shipping options. You can select from Express, Priority, or Parcel Post. Express and
Priority have built in tracking confirmation so we felt that was a better solution than to charge an increased
fee that may or may not be able to be applied to a 1st class shipment.

- Returns
- We will gladly exchange or refund your original purchase total +
return shipping if a return is required because of a mistake on
the part of The Stitch 'N Frame Shop.
- Returns are NOT accepted for:
- charts and patterns in any format
- special order items
- SALE items or Specials
- All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Before returning any purchase, you must call customer service for

merchandise - the normal restocking fee of 15% will be increased to 50% **
- All returns must be in original sale (unopened) condition.
- All return shipping is at your expense.
